Amsterdam

So, from the 25th to the 27th my Mum, auntie, cousin and I were in Amsterdam. It has probably been my favourite short break ever! We actually managed to do a lot of things despite only having a few days there. We visited the Anne Frank house which was so thought provoking and such an insightful place; the experience is something that I found quite hard to get my head round- walking in her and the 7 other inmates footsteps. We also went to an art gallery and a film museum; both of which were very cool. But no trip is complete with out some retail therapy, however I managed to resist pretty well, only purchasing a couple of things which I will feature in another blog post as I haven't gotten round to photographing them yet. Along with all of this I discovered my new favourite drink: PEACH ICED TEA!

I hope everyone is enjoying their half term even if the weather seems to be changing regularly.

See yal soon,

Jess x
